ABSOLUTELY! We encourage all fitness levels. Everyone has to start somewhere! We have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. Our trainers get to know each and every member on the mats and will help guide you and show you variations to ensure you build strength and feel great!
Our classes are designed to maximize your results in under an hour. We start with a dynamic warm-up to get your heart rate up and your body prepped, all set to energizing music that gets you in the zone. Next, we dive into calorie-torching, strength building rounds that combine kickboxing and conditioning. Wrap up with a killer core round and our signature Burn Body Challenge to push your limits. Finish with a stretch to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of your day. By the time you think you’ve hit your limit, class is over-but you’ll leave feeling energized, tighter, and excited to come back for more!
YES! Kickboxing combines cardio & strength training, making it effective at burning calories and torching fat. The mix of punches, kicks and conditioning drills keeps your hear rate elevated, maximizing calorie burn. Kickboxing also builds lean muscle, which helps burn more calories even at rest, thanks to an improved metabolism. It targets every major muscle group, sculpting arms, legs, core and back. Best of all- it’s a HUGE stress reliever!
Yes! We have special rates for students and military.
We offer private lessons geared towards individual needs. Struggle with balance? We’ll work with you! Struggle with health and nutrition? We’ll come up with a nutritional guide and hold you acccountable. Want to take a one-on-one session to improve your technique to feel stronger and more powerful? We’ve got you! Want to focus on building muscle? We’ll do that too!
You should strive to come to class 3-4 times a week for optimal results.
We will accept ages 12 and up at our facility.
We supply gloves for all trials but have pairs for purchase at our facility. We recommend bringing water to class (you’ll need it!) and a small hand towel.
